Job Description

The responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility.
  • Supervise the creation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to maximise profits.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on ROI.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally within a B2B setting.
  • Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Creative design skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Expertise in various forms of marketing, including digital, direct, and experiential marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A creative mindset coupled with a results-driven approach.
