Marketing Business Manager Job Description:

BASED IN FLEET, HAMPSHIRE


Internal Responsibilities:

Create site-specific brochures for land bids

Develop templates for external document

Refresh and create marketing materials

External Responsibilities:

Manage advertising strategy
Execute event strategies
Determine membership strategies
Propose engagement strategies
Manage website and social media
Monitor competitors' marketing activities
Oversee marketing budget and provide monthly reports

Support Planning Team:
Format Local Plan Reps
Coordinate public consultation events
Organize public consultation materials
Prepare presentations for stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The successful Marketing Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, min 3 years exposure in B2B space
  • Experience in a similar role within the property industry
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Social media posting is a must
  • Experience using graphics package
  • Great stakeholder management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
