They are looking to hire a Marketing Associate who can manage two of the brands.Role is based in the London office.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities for the Marketing Associate role:Brand leadAct as a brand lead for two main brands, while supporting the other brand leads in the production of marketing materials and the execution of marketing plans.Channel marketingSupport business development activities and specific product promotions to the wholesale and institutional channels across the EMEA and US regions in order to maximise acquisition and retention of key clients. Working with the Channel marketing managers to execute and co-ordinate advertising and promotional campaigns.Support the regional channel marketing managers to deliver the marketing strategy for the regions across the different channels (content, emails, social, display, SEM, events and campaigns)Event supportSupport Channel marketing managers ensuring correct implementation of bespoke events and support at third party conferences and roadshows. Assist with all event preparation (e.g. marketing materials, ads, banners, merchandise, printing etc.). Support the sourcing and stock maintenance of corporate giveaways, following and enhancing company principles of sustainability and ethical production.Assist in managing the event schedule in conjunction with the wholesale and institutional sales channels to support our business development objectives.Digital supportReview web content on our websites ensuring it is up to date and relevant to our audiences as well as to proactively provide ideas for improving content and functionality. To assist in managing on-line campaigns whilst utilising the specific skills of the digital team.In conjunction with the content, channel and digital teams, support email campaigns and automated emails using Pardot and Stoneshot.In conjunction with the Digital and Channel teams, manage the day to day handling of all social media activities on LinkedIn ensuring posts are accurate and compliantBAUExecute cost effective and timely production of marketing and sales support materials (including coordinating content, design and typesetting, sign off procedure and printing) to ensure that all materials meet the needs of our client base, in support of our strategic marketing plans.Periodically carryout a review of standard literature, correspondence and client communications that impact clients to ensure that they are up to date, in-line with our strategic aims and meet regulatory requirements.Acting as support to the Channel marketing managers. Provide marketing support for third party distributors, managing and coordinating planned & ad hoc marketing activity; as well as keeping the brand's year planners up to date.Maintain relationships with suppliers of marketing/print services. Help review relationships periodically from a cost and servicing perspective to ensure best value is being achieved.Budget management - ensure all invoices are processed and recorded in central budgetContribute to marketing activity reports for management reporting purposes.
