Job Description

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain industries.
  • Analyze market data to identify key pressure points and challenges faced by industry players.
  • Monitor and report on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that impact the market.



  • Opportunity Identification
    • Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities for the company's products and services.
    • Develop market entry strategies and recommendations based on research findings.
    • Assess market potential and forecast future trends to support business planning and strategy.



  • Competitive Analysis
    • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark the company's products and strategies against competitors.
    • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) within the competitive landscape.



  • Data Interpretation & Reporting
    • Interpret and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.
    • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
    • Use data visualization tools to illustrate findings and support decision-making.



  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to align market insights with business strategies.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively across different levels of the organization.



The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is a plus.



  • Experience



Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market research or analysis, preferably within the manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain sectors.

  • Proven track record of identifying market opportunities and providing strategic recommendations.



  • Skills & Competencies



Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and technologies.
