Job Description

  • Leading and managing the manufacturing team to achieve production targets.
  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of manufacturing processes.
  • Ensuring all products meet the company's quality standards.
  • Coordinating with other departments to streamline operations.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Providing training and guidance to team members.
  • Reporting on team performance and manufacturing metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Team Lead should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
