Job Description

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and commentaries.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and financial planning.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to streamline accounting functions and operations.
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments.
  • Participate in preparing for annual audits.
  • Support management decision-making with relevant financial information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
