The company has an extensive presence across the UK and is part of a global, market leading business.Job DescriptionManagement & Financial Reporting:Prepare management reports which includes monthly Management Accounts & Corporate MIS to provide timely and relevant financial information to key stakeholders.Present financial data and analysis to management, highlighting key performance indicators.Analyse and report on cost trends, identifying areas for cost savings or efficiency improvements.Monitor KPI's for business and present the same in monthly review meetingsPrepare weekly job costing reports and identify gaps with explanations.Prepare weekly sales dashboards, capturing sales details, orders, invoices, and quotations.Provide insights into variances between budgeted and actual results.Preparation and reconciliation of Quarterly VAT figures for the company returnBudgeting & ForecastingAssist in the preparation of annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.Monitor budget performance and provide timely variance analysisPrepare monthly & quarterly rolling forecast based on market situation in coordination with sales & operations teamAccounts Payable Management:Process vendor payments in line with the established payment cycleMaintain accurate records of all payable accounts and collaborate with suppliers to resolve discrepanciesAccounts Receivable Management:Monitor outstanding customer payments, ensure timely invoicing, and manage debt collection.Regularly review the aged debtors' report, follow up on overdue payments, and manage bad debt riskAudit Management & Support:Coordinate and complete audits in line with corporate guidelines.Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely information.Ensure adherence to audit recommendations and implement improvements, as necessary.Ad-hoc Analysis:· Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.- Respond to inquiries and provide financial information to support decision-making.· Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to Corporate on items relating to P&L and Balance Sheet.The Successful ApplicantPart Qualified or a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA or Qualified By ExperienceProficiency in data analysis and statistical forecasting.Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Hands-on experience with accounting software.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.What's on OfferA competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package, details to be confirmed.A permanent role within a stable and reputable company.Opportunity to be part of a global business and work closely with the FD.We encourage you to grasp this opportunity to grow your career.
