Job Description

  • Lead the accounting team and oversee all accounting activities within the company.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly and yearly financial reports.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  • Improve financial systems and processes.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's financial strategy.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects within the insurance industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Experience in a leadership role within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
