Job Description

  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes for various departments.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial processes and controls.
  • Manage cash flow reporting and maintain the integrity of financial records.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Studying towards an Accountancy qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • An ability to analyse complex financial data and present clear insights.
