Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations within the company.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and provide insightful analysis.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with financial and non-financial departments to drive business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Identify areas of financial risk and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development of financial plans and strategies.
  • Drive process improvements within the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • High proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
