Job Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual budgets
- Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
- Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
- Assist with preparation for annual audits
- Coordinate with the accounting & finance department to streamline vendor payment processes and improve the financial health of the company
- Work closely with the retail business operations team to support financial decisions
- Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance regulations
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
