Job Description
- Oversee and implement routine maintenance procedures
- Ensure all engineering works adhere to health and safety regulations
- Identify and rectify faults, minimising downtime
- Participate in project work to improve equipment efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the wider Engineering & Manufacturing team
- Support the training and development of junior team members
- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth operations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- A relevant engineering qualification
- Experience in an FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Good communication skills
