About Our Client



Our client is a multi-billion-dollar, PE-backed, global Private School Operator market leader that has experienced rapid growth over the past 5 years due to their focus on M&A. To maintain this growth trajectory they are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of the M&A and deal process to join their established FP&A and wider finance team.

This M&A Finance Manager will report directly into the Group Head of FP&A and play a key role in the future success of the company.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic financial plans for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for potential M&A activities.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Finance and Treasury teams to create models.
  • Oversee the development of financial models and reports.
  • Articulate deal analysis to senior stakeholders to aid the financial strategy of the company.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • A strong track record in M&A, deal advisory, and execution.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
