Job Description

The Locum Private Client Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a full range of private client cases including wills, probate, and estate planning
  • Trust advice and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Advising on complex estate matters with minimal supervision
  • Maintaining high quality, client-focused service
  • Collaborating effectively within the team and with external professionals
  • Ensuring cases comply with current legal regulations
  • Keeping comprehensive records and documentation
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries and providing clear legal advice

The Successful Applicant

The Locum Private Client Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with significant private client experience
  • Familiar with wills, probate, trust advice, and powers of attorney
  • Able to work independently and manage a busy case load
  • Committed to excellence in client service
  • Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office, 3 remote)
