Job Description

  • Manage a caseload of property damage claims including the pursuit and defence of commercial and domestic public liability claims, contractual disputes, fire and water damage claims, and coverage disputes.
  • The work is varied and dynamic, involving incidents like floods, explosions, fires, product liability issues, and more.
  • Coordinate with other legal professionals to ensure successful case resolution
  • Represent clients in court proceedings
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest legal regulations
  • Contribute to business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Litigation Solicitor, Property Damage, should have:

  • Experience managing your own caseload of complex litigation matters
  • Ideally experience handling large loss claims, including court appearances and instructing Counsel in high-value Commercial Court actions and Arbitrations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
