Job Description

The Litigation Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) will:



  • Manage a diverse caseload of property-related disputes, including residential and commercial matters.


  • Advise clients ranging from high-profile household names to private clients, developers, and investors.


  • Support partners on larger, more complex disputes while taking responsibility for your own files.


  • Engage in client-facing work, building and maintaining strong client relationships.


  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of legal services in a collaborative environment.

The Successful Applicant

The Litigation Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) should be:



  • A qualified solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) with strong experience in property litigation or a related area.


  • Familiar with managing caseloads independently, with the ability to handle complex disputes under supervision.


  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.
