Job Description

  • Manage and oversee complex commercial litigation matters
  • Provide high-level legal advice to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain relationships with clients and build new ones
  • Contribute to the development of the department's strategy
  • Carry out legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments
  • Participate in business development activities
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Litigation Senior Associate should have:

  • A degree in Law
  • 4 + years experience in litigation
  • A solid background in commercial litigation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage complex legal cases
  • An analytical approach with attention to detail
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • The capability to build and maintain relationships with clients
