About Our Client

Job Description

Liaise with clients, credit and other syndicate banks

Provide day-to-day control and support for new investments on mainly LBO deals.

Assist in all aspects of the deal process including financial modelling, credit & legal analysis

Actively manage own portfolio of LBO, corporate cross-over and infra deals as required

Identify any under performing assets early and provide recommendations on strategy to senior management

Presentations to relevant committees and deal administration

Develop/strengthen relationships with key portfolio clients.

The Successful Applicant

Track record in financial services

Experience in leveraged finance / direct lending / private debt

Track record in a client facing role

Strong credit and financial modelling skills

Experience in origination and/or portfolio management
