Job Description

- Review and negotiate commercial contracts with a focus on technology agreements.
- Ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the digital and technology space.
- Collaborate with various departments to address legal risks and provide solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital and technology law.
- Handle any legal disputes or litigation that may arise.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Legal Counsel - Technology' should have the following qualifications and experience:
- A qualified solicitor in the UK or relevant jurisdiction.
- Extensive knowledge in technology law.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
