We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Vendor Manager with a strong background in Procurement & Supply Chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relations within the Professional Services industry.

Job Description

  • Manage and develop supplier relationships within the IT sector.
  • Ensure supplier performance and delivery align with company objectives.
  • Have a overview of all software & hardware tenders and implementations
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead negotiation efforts for major contracts.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements set by
  • Continually evaluate supplier market to maintain competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Vendor Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT procurement and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experienced with public sector frameworks and regulations
  • Strong understanding of IT supply markets and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the Professional Services industry.
