Job Description

The IT Systems Manager will:

  • Manage and optimise IT systems within the company.
  • Lead the IT department in achieving company goals.
  • Develop strategies for improving and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technology projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff.
  • Budget management for the IT department.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Systems Manager should have:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT Systems role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
  • A broad understanding and experience of SAP.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
