Job Description

  • Manage the delivery of IT services to ensure alignment with organisational needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement service management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and manage any issues or escalations.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of IT services.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their IT needs and requirements.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Prepare and manage the IT service management budget.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IT service management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Service Manager should have:

  • Experience in IT service management within a large organisation.
  • Experience of Oracle Cloud is a must
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex IT issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • A really proactive person who can identify and react to problems quickly as they arise.
