They have an impressive portfolio of customers which include well known brands and have just announced PE funding to further their growth!Job DescriptionIn this pivotal IT Service Delivery Manager role, you will oversee a major new contract, delivering exceptional IT support services to a key client with 3,000 users across multiple UK sites. You'll have the chance to work closely with key business stakeholders, identify opportunities for service improvement and cost reduction, and create and implement an effective service improvement plan in collaboration with the Service Desk Manager.Based in Greater Manchester this role offers a fantastic chance to be part of a company that has seen impressive growth in the last 2 years two years. With recent senior hires, the company is on the cusp of even greater expansion!The Successful ApplicantDemonstrable experience of IT Service Delivery Manager roles, preferably within an Managed Service Provider (MSP) or overseeing IT service for multiple customersExperience with agreeing and implementing service improvement plans for IT servicesStrong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Agreements, Service Level Reporting etcStrong communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectivelyThe ability to analyse complex problems and develop solutions iAbility to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.Highly self-motivated and directed.Keen attention to detail.Exceptional customer service orientation.Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.ITIL Certification preferredWhat's on Offer£50,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)25 days holiday, 4% employee pension, private healthcare, free parking and more!This role will be split across the office in Wigan and customer site in Stockport.
