We are seeking a highly skilled IP Litigator (soft) to join our professional services team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality legal research, case management, and preparing legal documents to cover a period of maternity.

Job Description

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various IP litigation matters.
  • Prepare and manage legal documents related to IP cases.
  • Advise clients on the legal aspects of IP rights and potential disputes.
  • Represent clients in court and in settlement negotiations.
  • Keep abreast of developments in IP law to provide the most current advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client service.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's IP practice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IP Litigator should have:

  • A practising certificate.
  • Proven experience in IP litigation, particularly in the field of soft IP.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and client management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Professional Services industry and its legal requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
