Known for its innovative approach, the company employs a sizable workforce and provides comprehensive solutions to its clients.Job DescriptionAs an International Project Director, your main responsibilities will include:Product Strategy:Developing and maintaining the strategic vision and roadmap for the international operational product portfolio,Ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends, in collaboration with regional leadership.Conducting research to identify market trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to position the organization as a leader in the insurance industry.Ensuring all products comply with regulatory and legal requirements across various markets.Monitoring product performance, analyze key metrics, and drive improvements to meet business objectives.Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.Developing products that will in turn increase the number of customer acquisition, retention, and revenue for insurance products.Leadership and Management:Acting as the Product Management lead in an agile environment, and collaborating closely with Agile Release Trains (ARTs), business stakeholders, and technology teams.Leading cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new products and enhancements that differentiate the company in the market.Leading and developing a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.The Successful ApplicantAs the role will reports to the VP of Transformation who sits in the headquarter, so the right candidate have to possess excellent English.
