Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive include:

  • Engaging with prospective clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve department targets and goals.
  • Update and manage the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to support business development strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Follow up with enquiries which will be in the form of inbound calls and on-line leads (Email/LiveChat).

The Successful Applicant

The successful Internal Sales Executive will have:

  • Prior experience in a sales/customer service/client facing position.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Be self-driven, proactive and confident.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage.
