Job Description

Internal Control key responsibilities:

  • Implementing and maintaining internal control systems and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Identifying potential areas of financial vulnerability and risk
  • Recommending improvements to financial processes and systems
  • Training team members on financial control best practices
  • Collaborating with various departments to achieve financial objectives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Control Lead candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in internal control systems and financial software
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and training abilities
