This role will have full accountability and ownership over the internal communications strategy and delivery.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities of the Internal Communications Manager: To develop and deliver the internal communications strategy for the business - ensuring that staff feel informed and motivated through effective communications and employee engagement initiatives. In addition, providing support to the wider communications team where needed. Responsibilities: Strategic leadershipSupporting the Head of Corporate Communications in developing the internal communications strategy and engagement plan, aligning it to the business priorities, values and culture.Lead the creation and execution of integrated campaigns that drive engagement, promote leadership visibility and support organisational change.SnapComms tool management, ensuring effective delivery of timely, targeted content.Manage the planning and delivery of the business' communications events, both virtually and face to face.Support the internal communication response to crisis situations.Manage the internal communications for new projects and organisational wide announcements and changes.Content and channel ownershipPlan, edit and write content for a number of internal comms mediums, such as iExchange and internal emails, working with the wider communications team.Manage flagship communications initiatives such as:- Ask Us Anything (live open forum sessions with leadership team members)- Leadership Lens (monthly blog posts authored by leadership team members)- What's Going On?
