Job Description

  • Develop and execute internal audit plans in alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address compliance concerns effectively.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance matters to team members.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements affecting the hospitality and leisure sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Audit & Compliance Manager should have:

  • Relevant experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within the hospitality and leisure industry.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
