Job Description

  • Collaborate with the digital team to enhance the online shopping platform, specially Google Shopping
  • Analyse customer data to identify pain points in the shopping journey.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales conversion rates.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on emerging retail trends.
  • Support the team with data-driven decision-making for future projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on shopping behaviours and digital interfaces.
  • Ensure timely delivery of actionable plans and results within the interim period.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Shopping Expert should have:

  • Proven experience in the retail industry, particularly in digital or e-commerce roles.
  • Experience working within Google Shopping, and supporting in the management of this account
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data effectively.
  • A track record of improving online shopping experiences and conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends in digital retail.
