Planning, budgeting and forecasting Delivery of a quality and timely strategy, five year plan and budget Commercial SupportProvide forward looking commercial support, provide sound commercial advice on business issues and develop appropriate lead indicators to better illustrate business performance. Commercial Support - ProjectsPrepare investment appraisals using appropriate financial frameworks, ensuring alignment with longer-term priorities. Develop benefit tracking to demonstrate Return on Investment for investments and marketing spend.
