Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation, processing, and documentation of procurement activities.
  • Maintain and update procurement records and systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate procurement requirements effectively.
  • Support the procurement team with supplier communication and contract management.
  • Handle queries and resolve issues related to procurement processes efficiently.
  • Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Procurement Admin should have:
