Job Description

An Interim HR Officer to:

- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and shortlisting applicants
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee records
- Contributing to policy and procedure development within the HR team
- Coordinate staff training and development activities
- Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment law and sector standards
- Support additional HR projects as required

The Successful Applicant

An Interim HR Officer with:

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Education experience essential

- Able to start immediately
