Job Description

  • Manage the property team to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement robust housing management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor and manage property budgets and financial performance.
  • Lead on tenant engagement and community development activities.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including local authorities and service providers.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and development within the housing department.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and efficiency savings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Housing Manager should have:

  • A degree in a related field such as property management or public administration.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a housing department.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
