Job Description

  • Leading and managing the Housing Department to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency of housing management.
  • Overseeing property maintenance and repairs, ensuring they meet set standards.
  • Managing relationships with tenants and addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Coordinating with external agencies and contractors for property-related matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to housing management.
  • Preparing and managing the department budget.
