The supply chain relies on high performing support from the Global Planning & NPD PM function.The core purpose of this role is to:Manage and own a monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the Global Dry Yeast, Speciality Yeast, Inactive Yeast, Traded Goods and Retail Yeast business.Identify risks and opportunities from the S&OP data and communicate these gaps; accordingly.
