Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housing department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance housing services and tenant satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of housing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency across housing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all housing and property legislation and relevant policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Analyse housing data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated housing issues or emergencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Head of Housing should have:
