Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple locations
- Provide insightful analysis on sales, margin, and operational performance to drive decision-making
- Business partner with senior stakeholders, providing financial support to commercial and operational teams
- Develop and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives and cost optimisation
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Support month-end reporting and variance analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Drive improvements in financial reporting and FP&A processes to enhance decision-making
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Qualified Accountant ( ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and happy to manipulate large data sets
- Experience working for large complex organisation ( >£100m T/O)
What's on Offer
- A daily rate equivalent of £55,000 - £60,000
