Job Description

  • Lead finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements within the finance function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and embed transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards throughout the process.
  • Prepare and present progress updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to finance teams on new systems and processes.
  • Analyse and resolve challenges during the transformation lifecycle.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Finance Transformation Lead should have:

  • A solid understanding of finance systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in a finance transformation program or ERP implementation (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud).
  • A professional qualification in accounting or a related field.
  • The ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
