Job Description

  • Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams. Owning the relationship and creating trust while driving process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports for business units, moving finance closer to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand financial needs.
  • Support the implementation of financial strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide financial analysis for the business on an ad hoc and timely basis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Ideally a strong background in the interim space with experience of, or an interest in, high profile transformation programmes.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, specifically working closely with operations stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to operate in a robust environment with gravitas and humility.
  • Ideally a strong background in the interim space.
