Job Description

  • Oversee financial aspects of property development projects.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor budget variances and cash flow.
  • Coordinate with project management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Implement cost-saving measures.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Development Accountant should have:

  • CCAB qualified
  • Experience working as Development Accountant within the Housing sector
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
