Job Description

As an Intellectual Property and Technology PSL you will:

  • Provide high-quality legal and technical advice on intellectual property and technology matters.
  • Keep abreast of intellectual property and technology legal developments, updating, creating and maintaining precedents and know-how resources.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis, in relation to intellectual property and technology law.
  • Write and deliver training sessions to the intellectual property and technology legal team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Intellectual Property and Technology PSL will have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
  • A keen interest and experience in intellectual property and technology law.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
