Responsibilities to include the following:Prepare Recoveries AdviceSend Letters of ClaimManage Cases on those Letters of ClaimNegotiate SettlementsLitigate those cases with the assistance of external Counsel as necessaryManagement of third parties, including TPA's, Adjusters, Lawyers and Coverholders to the level appropriate to your role and necessary for the business.
