Job Description

As incentives solicitor you will;

  • Manage and oversee all legal aspects of incentives-related cases
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide expert advice on the legal implications of various incentive schemes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relating to incentives
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop effective incentive schemes
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to incentives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies

The Successful Applicant

A successful incentives solicitors should have/be

  • A qualified Solicitor, England & Wales or common law jurisdiction
  • Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations relating to incentives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
