  • Provide technical consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solutions to be delivered.



Job Skills & Qualification

  • Demonstrable ability to understand business and customer needs and apply technology solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience in data manipulation using appropriate applications such as MS Excel etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the demonstrable ability to articulate technical concepts in an understandable way to non-technical colleagues and clients.
  • A professional working with clients under time and pressure constraints.
  • Natural ability to problem solve and finds job satisfaction in creating logical solutions proficient in SQL.

  • Manage projects from scoping and requirements gathering to launch and support during a hyper-care period.
  • Anticipate client needs and ensure alignment between internal and external teams during implementation.
