Job Description

  • Leading the development and execution of the HR strategy.
  • Driving organisational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
  • Overseeing talent management, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Providing expert advice to the management team on all HR-related matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Managing the HR budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Driving employee engagement and promoting a positive company culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in strategic M&A activity
  • A proven track record in strategic HR management within the professional services sector.
  • Happy to be on site 5 days a week with flexible hours.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
