Our client is seeking an efficient HR Operations Manager to oversee their Human Resources operations (Employee Life-cycle, Payroll and Reward) in the financial services sector. Your primary role will be to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our client's overall business strategy.

  • Extensive experience as a HR Operations Team Lead to include Payroll and Reward.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Operations Manager - Maternity Cover will have:

  • Proven working experience in the Human Resources Operations field
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems, in particular Workday
  • Strong Employee Lifecycle, Payroll and Reward experience
  • Proficiency in HR metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
