Possible scope for permanent in future.Due to the nature of the sector, this role requires fully office based working.Job DescriptionThe role of HR Manager is a busy and generalist role, reporting to a Regional HR Lead, acting in a stand-alone capacity at this busy manufacturing site, supporting a Plant Manager with all People Matters. This will include but not limited to:Drive HR initiatives within the company, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to support with Recruitment and Retention on-siteWork alongside the L&D team to coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.Resolve employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their HR needs and devise effective solutions.Generate HR reports for management decision-making.The Successful ApplicantIdeal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.
