Job Description

HR Manager:

  • Manage and maintain HR systems to ensure smooth operations
  • Train staff on the use of HR systems
  • Work closely with the HR team to improve system processes
  • Ensure data compliance within HR systems
  • Develop reports and analytics based on HR data
  • Assist in HR project management as required
  • Engage with suppliers to resolve technical issues
  • Promote the use of HR systems within the organisation

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
  • Experience in managing teams and maintaining HR systems
  • Ability to train and support staff in the use of HR systems
  • Good understanding of HR processes and data compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to liaise with suppliers
