Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance reviews and professional development.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations relevant to the not-for-profit sector.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and align with organisational goals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to align HR strategies with budgetary objectives.
